Portail de la Gouvernance Stragile

Le contexte d'évolution du Système d'Information n'est pas toujours prévisible : fusion - acquisition, évolutions du marché et du contexte concurrentiel, évolutions réglementaires, ...  Les Technologies, mais aussi les méthodologies innovantes doivent constituer un levier de pilotage qui favorise la prise en compte des exigences issues des différentes directions en terme de fonctionnalités, de réactivité, de qualité de service ou de sécurité. La gouvernance des systèmes d’information s’attache alors à donner à l’organisation les outils nécessaires pour remplir ses objectifs, suivre sa stratégie tout en trouvant un équilibre entre le respect des délais, des budgets et la gestion des risques pour la mise en place des systèmes d’information.
